NHL Offseason Grades: Part One

The Ducks have had a fairly uneventful offseason; they have let go of some older players (Francois Beauchemin, Kevin Bieksa, Antoine Vermette) to clear cap space. The big resigning of this year was Adam Henrique, who came from New Jersey and got a five-year extension worth more than $5 million per year. In the last five years, he has scored 20 or more goals four times. Anaheim has also picked up Brian Gibbons, Carter Rowney, Luke Schenn, and Andrej Sustr.

One on One with Jeremiah Francis: The Future of Tar Heel Basketball

Francis, a point guard, is rated as a four-star prospect and will be a senior this fall at Pickerington Central High School.
