The committee has spoken. The field of 68 is official. Millions of people across the world are creating their brackets right now. Numbers are being crunched, guts are being trusted, and everyone is picking their Cinderella. What should you look out for when creating yours?
When I think about March Madness, memories of watching guys like Kemba Walker and Jimmer Fredette carry their team on tournament runs always come to mind. It’s one of the most interesting narratives in the tournament-one guy putting the team on his back, especially offensively, and willing them to victories. Everyone loves watching a hero, here are this year’s candidates to play that role.

No surprise here. Jay Wright has built a national powerhouse at Nova and look for it to be more of the same this year. The Wildcats have an absurd 6 players scoring in double figures, led by junior guard Jalen Brunson with 19 ppg. The Wildcats are the team to beat coming out of the East. I expect Alabama to give Nova a scare in the second round but for the most part the Cats should tear right through this side of the bracket, as Purdue is their only feasible competition; and even they have been less than impressive at times. This year’s field is wide open and there are some Mid-Major teams that could make some serious noise. Here are the one’s I think have the best chance at claiming glory: See All Teams Here!
